Your Role:
- Interact with guests to ensure their stay is enjoyable
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve resort cleanliness goals
- Conduct daily checks of assigned floors to collect waste and dirty linen
- Restock clean linen and supplies in floor pantries
- Maintain public areas, including restrooms, lounges, and corridors, to the highest standards
- Support room attendants during deep cleaning exercises
- Adhere to departmental procedures for cleaning public areas
- Efficiently remove waste and dirty linen from service areas
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues alike
Key Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
- A positive and approachable attitude is essential
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Capacity to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy loads (up to 25lbs)
