Overview
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Maintenance HVAC / Mechanical Technician, who is highly motivated, and detail oriented to join our team.
The HVAC Technician will perform and / or oversee the preventative maintenance and repairs of existing equipment as well as consider, plan and execute upgrades of HVAC equipment. This is a full-time position with varing shift times. Availability on some weekends and holidays required.
You will be working closely with different members of our team, so you will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Your role :
- Receives written work orders or oral instructions from your supervisor.
- Returns work orders with detail of project, materials used and date / time of completion.
- Paints interior and exterior walls and trim.
- Operates snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks.
- Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
- Maintains and repairs Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, Humidifiers, AC, Air Filtration and associated components.
- Work in a cooperative work environment, which focuses on trusting relationships, ethics, dignity, maximum productivity and team member morale
