Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- • Greets all guests warmly upon arrival
• Offers assistance to make sure the client experience is the number one priority throughout the visit
• Demonstrates a professional attitude at all times, particularly in regards to punctuality, appearance, general manner and responsibility
• Initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued
• Resolves customer issues and/or complaints resulting in a highly satisfied client with the support of management if necessary
• Ensures policies are followed in all point-of-sale operations
Requirements
- • At least one year in a customer service role preferred
• Experience in luxury retail and hospitality preferred
• Passion for fashion, retail, and making an impact on people
• Excellent team player paired with strong drive to take initiative when working independently
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Approachable and friendly while maintaining professionalism
• Proven work ethic with utmost integrity and humility
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
