Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to ensure their stay meets their expectations
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve resort/hotel cleanliness goals
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized work cart
- Optimize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities usage
- Clean and sanitize assigned guest areas thoroughly
- Daily inspect and replace linens and towels according to Green Program standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards promptly
- Respect guests' property at all times
- Care for equipment responsibly
- Arrive on time and maintain accurate time records
- Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and coworkers
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Floor Supervisor
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
