Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and document clear, actionable requirements.
- Analyze and document existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to streamline operations.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights that will inform business decisions.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technology-driven solutions by translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Communicate with both business and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards.
- Provide support in preparing presentations, reports, and training materials to ensure clients are equipped to implement solutions effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau), business process modeling, and an understanding of software development life cycles.
- Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or any relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
