Position Overview:
As a Client Services Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client relationships and internal operations within the tax consulting practice. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping to ensure a seamless and high-touch client experience while working closely with consultants and partners to coordinate the delivery of tax-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal tax professionals, ensuring consistent and timely communication.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, manage calendars, and prepare materials for presentations or reviews.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including gathering documentation, setting up accounts, and guiding them through initial processes.
- Track and manage key client deliverables, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM and other internal systems.
- Support the preparation and delivery of client-facing documents, proposals, and reports.
- Provide administrative support to senior team members, including data entry, document formatting, and file management.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Monitor engagement progress and support billing processes, including invoice preparation and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in client service, professional services, or administrative support role; experience in tax or consulting a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
