Finance and Strategy Analyst
Location: Remote
About the Role:
Our client, a rapidly expanding healthcare organization with multiple locations and private equity backing, is looking for a Finance and Strategy Analyst to drive key financial initiatives, performance analysis, and strategic growth efforts. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership, operational teams, and private equity partners to establish financial objectives, oversee new clinic developments, and assess expansion opportunities. Additionally, the analyst will play a pivotal role in post-acquisition integrations, provider performance tracking, and financial reporting to support data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Strategy Associate and Strategy Director within the Finance/Accounting department, this position will ultimately report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage comprehensive revenue forecasts, working closely with operational leaders to refine projections and provide insights for senior management and private equity partners.
- Conduct financial assessments for upcoming clinic openings, including capital investment analysis, and track their financial and operational performance post-launch.
- Collaborate with operations teams to evaluate and execute growth strategies, developing financial tools that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and interpret critical financial reports, including provider productivity metrics, pathology performance indicators, and financial data from recent acquisitions.
- Assist leadership in executing high-impact initiatives, identifying opportunities for expansion, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, corporate development/finance, or consulting.
- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in multi-location healthcare, provider services, or private equity-backed businesses is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operational teams and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and KPI analysis.
