HR Associate
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Senior HR Associate to round out their team of passionate HR professionals. In this role, you will broadly support the HR function working across payroll, benefits, HRIS and on-boarding.
You are someone who enjoys being the subject matter expert on benefits, HRIS, and payroll systems. You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, and can deliver flawless administration of payroll and benefits. You also enjoy communicating with your colleagues across departments, and are willing to take on responsibilities outside your normal scope.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for accurate and on-time payroll processing, benefit enrollment and management, and reporting and maintenance within WORKDAY (must have). You will also support new employee on-boarding and orientation.
· Maintain updated benefits information in the HRIS system
· Work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll and all benefit third party vendors
· Assist in the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll
· Generate standard and ad-hoc reports through the HRIS
- Ensure confidentiality of all payroll and employee data
- Administer benefit plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations
- Work with HR and Recruitment to assist with new employee on-boarding and orientation
- Maintain and manage employee files and records
- Assist in regular payroll, benefit and 401k audit processes
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
· Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in HR, Payroll and/or Benefits
· Excellent technical skills and ability to utilize Workday
· Business facing experience with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in an organization
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
