Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Transaction Coordinator - Administrative Assistant located in Charlotte with flexibility for remote work. The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the real estate team, which includes managing the transaction from contract to close, coordinating appointments, preparing contracts and addendums, and managing communication between the home office and clients all through software provided by the team. Also some minor requirements in Advertising and marketing needs for the team. Candidate will also need to be available throughout the week to meet with vendors and clients onsite at various locations across multiple counties when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or real estate industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and other related software
- Ability to work independently with a team and in a dynamic environment
- Experience in customer service and vendor management
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, real estate or a related field is a plus
- Real Estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus
- Experience in contract management and coordination is a plus
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
