Game Supervisors play a vital role in cultivating the energy and excitement essential for guests to truly immerse themselves in The Escape Revolution experience. Their primary objective is to ensure teams receive the assistance and guidance they require to succeed. By embodying an enthusiastic attitude and upholding a professional, service-oriented approach, Game Supervisors contribute to the overall atmosphere. They work collaboratively with Shift Managers, Location Manager, and other staff members to deliver flawless experiences by hosting, explaining, facilitating, and monitoring our diverse range of experiences.

Description

The Game Supervisor holds the key responsibility of warmly receiving and greeting teams, introducing the experience, explaining the rules, and addressing any inquiries that may arise. They diligently monitor the experiences, discreetly offering assistance when needed, and proactively identify potential issues in advance. Capturing memorable moments, the Game Supervisor skillfully takes group photos and actively promotes our merchandise and special offers. They exhibit precision in resetting experiences to ensure accuracy. Beyond experience moderation, the Game Supervisor excels at understanding and meeting guests' needs, swiftly delivering effective solutions. By embodying our mission to provide every guest with an exceptional experience, they play a pivotal role in upholding The Escape Revolution's reputation. Additionally, Game Supervisors actively contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our spaces. The success of a Game Supervisor is measured by both individual and team productivity, as well as the overall performance of the company.
