Key Responsibilities:
- Attend Real Estate caravan networking sessions to connect with industry professionals.
- Reach out to and visit real estate offices within your territory, building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Research, attend, and actively participate in relevant industry networking events to expand your professional network.
- Host educational classes to share valuable industry knowledge and insights with clients and prospects.
- Maintain daily CRM notes, documenting client interactions (calls, emails, networking events, educational classes).
- Provide weekly reports to your sales manager, tracking progress and performance.
- Actively engage in monthly sales meetings, contributing ideas and updates.
- Attend company-hosted events to foster team building and enhance professional development.
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews to track progress and set new goals.
- Requires 50% in-territory travel / 50% in-office
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the escrow/real estate industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals and contribute to team success.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
