Essential Functions
- The ability and willingness to interact with guests.
- The ability to lift 50 lbs. and to perform strenuous physical tasks under a variety of conditions.
- Experience in gardening work including watering, fertilizing, potting, repotting, pruning, grooming, and general maintenance a plus.
- The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule.
- The ability to work in all weather and temperature condition.
- The ability to work independently and follow directions.
