We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Assistant Manager, Acquisition for the Digital Catalyst team to support our acquisition efforts across Paid Social and other related media channels. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to develop and executing strategies to acquire new customers while optimizing performance and day-to-day campaign and creative management. You will work closely with internal teams and agency partners to continually analyze and improve campaign results, share insights across the growth marketing team, and create efficiencies for cluster of beauty brands.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,150.00 to $109,200.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Performance Reporting
- Support the strategic approach to Paid Social and other ad hoc paid marketing channels, focusing on day-to-day execution in collaboration with the brand and agency teams to meet brand growth objectives.
- Partner with Acquisition Managers to run day to day communications with agency partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring cross channel visibility, coordination, and a thorough understanding of the marketing calendar.
- Assist in daily reporting to monitor, track, and analyze channel performance (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, etc.), identifying areas of optimization and improvement.
- Support Acquisition team in daily, weekly and monthly channel-level forecasting efforts, ensuring accurate targets are set and achieved for each channel.
- Work closely with other growth marketing teams (paid search, SEO, email, etc.) to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies across all acquisition channels.
- Regularly update internal teams and brand leaders on channel education, performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Partner with brands and creative teams to recommend best practices and creative optimizations for marketing content, copy and assets.
- Work with CRM team on audience insights and builds, ensuring targeting segments are accurately executed on various marketing platforms and channels.
- Ensure copy and creative asset delivery to necessary channel leads or agencies is seamless and complete in a timely manner through the brand creative workbooks.
- Act as the liaison between internal creative teams, brands and media agency.
- Own asset briefing, trafficking and QA process for Paid Media campaigns. Communicate any changes to necessary teams to prevent disruptions or delays of the marketing campaigns and strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in growth marketing with a focus on acquisition channels with at least 2 years of hands-on, real-time execution and campaign management experience.
- Experience with advertising on Meta, TikTok, Snap, Paid Search and Pinterest, as well as up and coming social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of attention to detail, managing direct communication with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret performance metrics to drive actionable
- insights and recommendations.
- Experience working in partnership with or at external agencies to execute and optimize paid media campaigns.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced ecommerce environment with a deep understanding of beauty or consumer product marketing a plus.
- Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with various teams (creative, data, finance, etc.).
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Results-driven with a passion for scaling new customer acquisition.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
