This position is responsible for supporting the Art Producer in handling all photo shoot and video productions from initial concept and pre-production through post-production. This role partners closely with ops, marketing, and all creative teams: image, digital, social to synthesize production needs while working to address increasing brand needs, evaluating efficiency and delivering premium assets. This role is responsible for leading medium priority productions with minimal oversight from Exec Director and assisting the Exec Director with high priority productions. This producer is responsible for sourcing and hiring and briefing external talent including: photographers, directors, editors, 3D artists, makeup artists, hairstylists, stylists), casting, overseeing post production in coordination with MAC internal creative. This role requires balancing the pre-planning of shooting, postproduction timelines and coordination whilst keeping projects on track from a budget perspective. Additional responsibilities include estimating and tracking costs and cost efficiency of shoots, opening PO’s and tracking invoices with finance team.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

- Alongside Art Production team: research and source new and existing talent which includes: photographers, directors, hair, makeup, stylists, models, digital artists, production teams, social content creators.
- Assist Art Production in creative talent negotiations and coordinate SOWs and contracts for all external partners.
- Liaise with and brief all external partners/ vendors- editors, production companies, hair makeup artists, stylists, photographers, directors etc.
- Liaise with Creative Department, International and Domestic Creative Directors, product development (when necessary) during all productions and shoots on (but not limited to) call sheet information, product and shoot related material.
- Coordinate model castings.
- Work with Art Production team, operations and Marketing teams to negotiate and obtain usage rights for all images, still and video.
- Support the Art Production in management of entire budget for creative department by tracking expenses, invoice processing and ensuring the budget is up to date.
- Manage motion post production for all projects including creation of timelines and management of final deliverables.
- Facilitate stills post production in collaboration with internal stills post team and creative team.
- Assist in securing product for all shoots, managing product closet
- BA or BFA preferred
- 5 years’ work-related experience
- Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
- Superior organizational skills
- Understanding of current talent, trends and industry fees and usage
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
