Description
Analyze program performance, providing data-driven insights & KPI reports to optimize future campaigns
Develop deep category expertise, conducting quantitative & qualitative analysis to track industry trends and competitive activity
Engage with regional teams to identify trends, shifting consumer behaviors, & market-specific business priorities, ensuring alignment with brand strategies
Manage program details effectively to regional teams, partnering with the Director to ensure guidance on forecasting, 360° go-to-market strategies, & program execution
Oversee program documentation/tracking
Maintain & update internal systems in real time
Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams, resolving challenges for the GWP program
Global Gift with Purchase Program: Includes key/core gifts, retailer-specific gifts & retailer-driven programs, working on both the NA & International segments
Sample Size Development: Partner with category global marketing & cross-functional teams to develop promotional sizes of new and/or existing product launches |
Lead the development of the Global Gift with Purchase (GWP) program (twice per year) and Derm Concern Kit program (once per year) |
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure execution & delivery of programs | Build compelling promotional programs, working with global partners & internal teams.
Qualifications
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $64,350.00 to $93,250.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within beauty (Prestige and/or Mass), consumer packaged goods (CPG), or a related industry.
- Passion for the beauty industry with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Self-motivated and agile, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrates accuracy, accountability, and strong follow-through.
- Thrives under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work output.
- Problem-solver, able to anticipate next steps and proactively offer solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable with data analytics tools such as SAP, QlikView, Data Warehouse, and consumer insights platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
