Minimum Qualifications & Background Requirements

Training & Coaching Background : Strong experience in developing leadership teams, implementing training programs, and enforcing SOPs.
Operational & Strategic Execution : Must have led and executed structured operational improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Certifications in HR, EOS, Six Sigma, ALA, business coaching, or mindset training (Preferred).
