The Estates at Carpenters is a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in North Lakeland, FL for over 30 years!
We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part Time Servers! NO Experience required, we are dedicated in training individuals in customer service and promote learning and growth opportunities.
Shift hours may vary but hours of operation are 6AM-7PM. Candidates must be able to work every other weekend.

Requirements
§ Must successfully pass the mandated criminal background checks.
§ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
§ Must be able to pass the pre-employment reference checks.
§ Must be able to provide official grade transcripts of the education level provided on the employment application.
§ Must be able to provide a copy of his/her own social security card for W-4 documentation.
§ Must be able to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 in order to establish identity and authorization to work in the U.S.
§ Must have valid driver’s license, personal automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record (if required to drive).
Job Objective/ Summary
The responsibility of Wait Staff is to facilitate food service, such as taking food orders, cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, replacing soiled table lines, and setting tables. This role is also responsible for replenishing supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and serve items such as food, water, condiments, and coffee to residents and guests.
Essential Functions
Serve food, beverages, and desserts to residents in the dining room.
Replenish foods at serving stations.
Brew coffee and tea, and fill containers with requested beverages.
Take residents’ orders, write ordered items on tickets, and input order into the point of sale system.
Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty tablecloths.
Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies.
Stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning.
Adhere to cleaning and sanitation list for assigned stations

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 28 per week
