Position Overview : Senior, 360 Marketing, Skincare
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
Senior Manager, 360 Marketing, Skincare
to join our high-performing marketing team. This role will support an integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and drive consumer engagement across all touchpoints. You will work across creative, digital, retail, influencer, and experiential channels to ensure a cohesive, impactful brand experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-funnel marketing, a strong background in data-based decision thinking, a passion for beauty, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative campaigns to life.

Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA a plus.
Experience :
7 years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industries.
Proven track record of successfully leading 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and retail channels.
Experience managing both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, with a strong understanding of the beauty consumer landscape.
Strong experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and consumer engagement strategies.
Skills :
Expertise in full-funnel marketing, from awareness and engagement to conversion and loyalty.
Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign results and adjust strategies accordingly.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a passion for innovative brand storytelling.
Pay Range :
The anticipated base salary range for this position is
99,400.00
163,000.00
