Position Overview
We are looking for an accomplished VP of Marketing to spearhead our marketing strategies and drive business growth. This leadership role focuses on generating high-quality leads, enhancing brand visibility, optimizing appointment-setting processes, and overseeing digital and offline marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-oriented professional with a solid track record in delivering measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales Support
Develop and implement robust multi-channel lead generation strategies.
Oversee the appointment-setting team to ensure efficient scheduling, lead nurturing, and optimized conversion rates.Manage and fine-tune PPC campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).Create dynamic and engaging social media campaigns to increase brand reach and customer engagement.Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless process from lead generation to closing.Brand ManagementEstablish and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity that resonates with target customers.
Oversee website design, content, and user experience to ensure it remains engaging and user-friendly.Manage brand assets, including messaging, logos, and visual content, ensuring alignment with company goals.Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities for improvement using key performance metrics.Digital MarketingDevelop and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Analyze and optimize digital campaign performance to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.Stay current with industry trends to leverage the latest tools and tactics for digital marketing success.Offline MarketingDesign and execute effective offline campaigns, such as direct mail, print advertising, and community events.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor campaign performance.Analyze offline marketing results to ensure cost-effectiveness and impact.Additional DutiesDevelop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including appointment setters and marketing specialists.Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.10 years of proven success in marketing leadership roles, ideally within the home improvement industry.Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, digital marketing (PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media), and offline marketing strategies.Experience managing appointment-setting processes and optimizing lead conversion rates.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing teams.Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions.Benefits
