Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished VP of Marketing to spearhead our marketing strategies and drive business growth. This leadership role focuses on generating high-quality leads, enhancing brand visibility, optimizing appointment-setting processes, and overseeing digital and offline marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-oriented professional with a solid track record in delivering measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales Support

Develop and implement robust multi-channel lead generation strategies.

  • Oversee the appointment-setting team to ensure efficient scheduling, lead nurturing, and optimized conversion rates.
  • Manage and fine-tune PPC campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Create dynamic and engaging social media campaigns to increase brand reach and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless process from lead generation to closing.
  • Brand Management
  • Establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity that resonates with target customers.

  • Oversee website design, content, and user experience to ensure it remains engaging and user-friendly.
  • Manage brand assets, including messaging, logos, and visual content, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities for improvement using key performance metrics.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

  • Analyze and optimize digital campaign performance to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
  • Stay current with industry trends to leverage the latest tools and tactics for digital marketing success.
  • Offline Marketing
  • Design and execute effective offline campaigns, such as direct mail, print advertising, and community events.

  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Analyze offline marketing results to ensure cost-effectiveness and impact.
  • Additional Duties
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including appointment setters and marketing specialists.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10 years of proven success in marketing leadership roles, ideally within the home improvement industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, digital marketing (PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media), and offline marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing appointment-setting processes and optimizing lead conversion rates.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
