What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Operation Director position at The Evenflo?
Job Responsibilities :
- Schedule and manage the marketing and production calendar for all campaigns
- Manage the production / shoot budgets for the year
- Turn marketing briefs into schedules and production timelines and ensure folks are adhering to the schedule
- Manage and oversee project assignments and bandwidth across the creative organization including any freelancer contractors
- Pre-production (coordinating logistics, negotiating contracts, casting, locations...)
- Shoot execution (keeping the shoot moving on time and within budget...)
- Post-production (monitor review edit schedules, stakeholder reviews...)
- Oversee a team of 1 project manager
- Invoice vendors and timely payments for production vendors
- Work with CMO and Head of Sales to establish priority list of campaigns
- Establish and maintain a competitive room with product and marketing and samples
- Monitor and manage the bandwidth of the China team to ensure we are maximizing their productivity
- Other duties as assigned
