FT Customer Service / Sales AssociatePosition Summary : Performs counter and rental duties included but not limited to; assisting customers, answering questions regarding rentals or sales items, availability, rental agreements, product safety and instruction, accepted returned merchandise, calculating fees. Restock paper items on showroom shelves and assist the manager with office tasks. Helps Laundry and Kitchen Coordinator as needed.Responsibilities : Handles phone and in-person customer inquiries, quotes and reservations. Check reservations schedule daily.Rings out and assists sales customers.Assists Operations Manager in day-to-day tasks.Replies to online quote requests / emails in a timely manner.Keep up to date with all items not returned, not closed or on hold in Focal Point. Communicates with the manager to assist customers w / questions, issues & refunds.Communicates delivery schedules with customers per manager and takes final payments.Stocks all paper supplies 1-2 times per week, helps with holiday displays, shares ideas on what should be ordered.Keeps the showroom clean and organized, not limited to dusting shelves and rental pieces, washing windows, cleaning debris off floor, keeping up with display rentals.Keep a list of rentals that customers are requesting for future rental or should have a larger quantity of.Perform bi-annual inventory.Attend Mandatory meetings.Anything else requested by the supervisor.Qualifications :
