Job Description
In this role as a Distribution Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the logistics process.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Process and input customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic typing skills and familiarity with 10-key
