What would you do in this role?
The Jr. Graphic Designer for The Everygirl Media Group will work closely with both the Editorial and Marketing team on design deliverables to help present both The Everygirl, and The Everymom brands in a visually appealing way. This position will understand Figma very well and will work on email deliverables on a daily basis. They will also help create templates for our social teams and assist with the organization of web design files in Figma.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for creating emails in Figma and uploading to MailChimp
- Responsible for custom graphics in email
- Responsible for ideating and curating newly available templates in email
- Assistance with edits to web designs in Figma
- Assistance with paid AD marketing designs
- Assistance with pulling on-brand stock photography
- Curation and assistance with social media templates
- Assistance with edits to Figma file designs when feedback is given
- Create in-content ads and header bars
- Responsible for setting up guideline landing pages based on the art team’s direction
- Upload article graphics to our website
Required
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
- Proficient in Figma
- Extremely tech-savvy and has a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of email marketing best practices
- Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understands type hierarchy, and layout best practices

What would you do in this role?
The Account Manager is responsible for being the primary day-to-day contact for all partnership clients of both The Everygirl and The Everymom. You will be responsible for delivering quality service to our clients and working closely with the branded content editorial team to ensure all campaigns are executed seamlessly and on deadline. You will be responsible for onboarding all new clients and managing project execution from end to end. As a Video Content Editor, you will work closely with our marketing team and be responsible for conceptualizing and editing engaging video content for various platforms, with a primary focus on editing short-form video content for social media (TikTok and YouTube).
