Required Experience
- Experience in ArcGIS Administration or development. Experience in both is preferred.
- Expertise in data management and database concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to ArcGIS Online or On-premise
- Experience with data manipulation and cleaning techniques
- Proficiency in user administration and permissions management.
- Developing GIS visualizations and analytics.
- Hands on as an ArcGIS Online or On-premise administrator.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business users
Responsibilities:
- Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system
- Confer with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized and format for reports.
- Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program.
- Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
