Job Description: This scope of work is for services related to system development, enhancement, and maintenance of databases and platform to support the client, Services to include, but not limited to, backup, upgrades, expansion and enhancement of the current systems and capabilities. The services are to be performed on the Department’s Health Operations & Medical Emergency Response (HOMER) platform.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in business processes in the general medical field with a focus in pharmaceuticals.
- 3 years of experience in the development of web applications using the following languages and tools: ASP.Net, Microsoft SQL, Cascading Style Sheets, HTML, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, and Microsoft IIS.
- 3 years of experience with procurement, distribution, and inventory management.
- 3 years of experience in barcode symbiology and barcode scanner programming and use.
- 3 years of experience in integrating EDI technologies into web-based systems.
- 3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Forms System (PFS).
