The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist II in the DMV area to support a local contract.

Wednesday through Saturday, 12pm – 10:30pm (4 day work week, 10 hours/day)
But MUST be available for shift changes to include any of the following shifts:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides full customer service to internal/external customers
- Complete complex troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Coordinate with third-part components (AWS, GCP, CBP, Airlines DCS support, Airport IT Help Desk)
- Assists with PC Refresh activities
- Tracks and analyzes logs
- Runs training and product demonstrations
- Conducts ad-hoc trainings for end users
- Participates in all phases of IT systems development
- Assist with similar IT related tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to DCA, IAD and HQ in Arlington, VA.
- Minimum three years of progressive and continuous experience providing technical support
- Must hold an A certification
- Experience with technical SOPs, troubleshooting basic operating system issues, ticketing systems and Excel knowledge.
- Experience in Aviation support strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
HOURS OF OPERATION
Wednesday through Saturday, 12pm – 10:30pm (4 day work week, 10 hours/day)
But MUST be available for shift changes to include any of the following shifts:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm OR
- Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm OR
- Sunday through Wednesday, 12:00 pm – 10:30 pm (4 day work week, 10 hours/day)
PAY
- $29/hour
