SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH PROPER NOTICE.
THIS POSITION COMES WITH A BENEFIT PACKAGE: VACATION/SICK LEAVE; MEDICAL/DENTAL INSURANCE; LIFE INSURANCE; 401K PLAN, (RETIREMENT-RFT)
1 YEAR RETAIL EXPERIENCE AT THE NF2, HPP5, OR HIGHER IS REQUIRED. 2 YEARS RETAIL IN RETAIL OPERATIONS WITHIN THE LAST 2 YEARS REQUIRED.

Major Duties
Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations.
Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Performs other duties as assigned.
