Role Overview : The Executive Producer is a senior member of the production team, responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects on time and on budget while ensuring client satisfaction. The Executive Producer will also play a key role in mentoring and developing the production team. Previous management experience and a strong desire to mentor and lead is essential. This role reports to the Managing Director.
Capabilities and Requirements :
- Extensive experience in experiential production (minimum 8 years).
- Prior agency experience in a senior-level production management role.
- Expertise in production, logistics, vendors, budgeting, and profitability.
- Ability to manage and supervise multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management, organizational, delegation, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent account and client management skills.
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to real-time priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external creative and / or design resources.
- Prior experience participating in new business pitches and developing associated deliverables and budgets.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team development skills.
- Affinity to work collaboratively and manage relationships across the agency.
- Ability to bring positive energy and nurture the production culture of the agency.
- Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills
- A network of freelance talent and experience with recruitment.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, and Sheets).
- Ability to travel as required by work.
- Passion for staying current with experiential marketing trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Salary Range : $140-$175K
