The Expo Group is seeking a National Sales Director to convert leads into successful partnerships while nurturing existing client relationships for ongoing sales growth. Based in Orlando, FL, this hybrid role will focus on driving and managing customer sales through a strategic and methodical approach.
In this role, you will :
- Secure Trade Show / General Contracting sales and services tailored to the trade show and event industry.
- Represent The Expo Group to Show Management, Association Executives, Exhibitors, and Convention Bureau Staff to create goodwill and secure business.
- Develop targeted solicitation plans for key accounts and prospect for new business opportunities. Coordinate with Account Managers and Project Managers to ensure seamless project management throughout all phases.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Foster ongoing communication with clients to consistently meet or exceed their needs and expectations.
What You Bring to The Expo Group :
Educational Foundation : Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience : 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in the Trade Show Industry.
Credentials : Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to apply market intelligence to sales strategies. Key Skills : Excellent oral and written communication, relationship-building skills, and financial acumen.
