\n- Lead & Motivate – Manage a team of canvassers, providing hands-on coaching and support to help them achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Recruit & Train – Hire top talent and deliver comprehensive training programs to develop high-performing team members.
- Execute Canvassing Strategies – Plan and oversee door-to-door marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and drive business growth.
- Monitor Performance – Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize team success.
- Develop a Winning Culture – Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment through leadership, motivation, and accountability.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance – Train team members on proper scripts, customer service guidelines, and best practices to maintain excellence in canvassing.
- Manage Field Operations – Oversee daily meetings, field training, and on-the-ground supervision to support canvassers in achieving top results.

- Proven Leadership Experience – 1-3 years of managing and motivating a canvassing or face-to-face marketing team.
- Strong Communication & Coaching Skills – Ability to train, develop, and inspire a team to exceed performance goals.
- Strategic Thinker & Problem-Solver – Experience executing canvassing strategies, analyzing performance, and making data-driven decisions.
