- Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm damage and provide accurate estimates.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Use a combination of door-to-door outreach and referrals to generate leads.
- Represent TEC’s commitment to excellence in every customer interaction.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives on building connections and solving problems.
- Willingness to learn—no prior experience is required. We’ll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
- Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes.)
- A valid driver’s license is a must.
- Unlimited earning potential in a full commission-based role, with training pay during your first five weeks.
