Job Description:
We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish), self motivated, reliable Paint Crew Field Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of up to 3 paint crews during our exterior painting season (April-November). The Field Supervisor is a liaison between clients and paint crew leaders to ensure job specifics are communicated and understood, and quality standards are met to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily aspects of residential and commercial painting projects, ensuring high quality and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee up to 3 crews of painters, ensuring they are working efficiently and professionally.
- Confirm paint materials with job tickets to ensure the materials tally with the specification. Procure and deliver additional materials (wood, paint, tools, etc.) to the job sites as needed.
- Maintain consistent quality, thorough site clean-up, and protect client property.
- Ensure the safety of the paint crew and the work site by enforcing safety procedures and protocols.
- Coordinate walk-throughs with clients to establish job plans and timelines.
- Deliver daily progress updates to clients and address their questions or concerns.
- Perform final inspections, and direct crew to complete all required touch ups in a timely manner before job sign-off.
- Continuously update job information in company software for accurate job costing and project management.
- Performance bonuses in addition to hourly rate.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual, English and Spanish is a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of exterior painting experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Must have a valid drivers license.
