Position: Account Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced individual to provide assistance to the Accounts Receivable department through the process of pre-certification of insurance (verifying insurance eligibility), insurance claim follow-up, and providing expertise to patient Accounting department staff and related departments. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding customer service skills, communication, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task are a must. This position requires a positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Saturday work rotation required from 8am-12pm, some travel to satellite offices.
