Job Purpose
The Digital Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining digital printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. This role ensures the efficient and effective operation of the press to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

Key Expectations/Job DutiesKey Responsibilities
- Set up and operate digital printing presses according to job specifications and production schedules
- Equipment: high production toner and inkjet printers
- Monitor press operations to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production run
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on digital presses to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of printing projects
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including job details and press settings
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in the training of new operators and provide support as needed
- Manage inventory of printing supplies and materials, notifying management of any shortages
