Job Tasks:
- First and foremost, to manage real estate transactions.
- Handle typical admin related tasks.
- Use the following systems and tools: google, google word, google docs, google drive, Gmail, google voice, google calendar, DocuSign, Zillow, and more.
- Will assist with the referral of clients to other agents around Oregon.
- Will touch base with clients however often that is needed for that client.
- To assist me with the organization of forms and documents.
- Receive incoming calls and delegate them to where they need to go.
- Other miscelanious responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Employees have a working computer and high-speed internet to perform work tasks.
- Employee to have a working cellular device with access to internet.
- A form of transportations for meetings and tasks.
Experience:
- Prefer Employee to have 1 year of work experience doing customer service and/or administration. Experience not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
