Waste Driver

The Facilities Group National is looking for a safe and efficient waste truck driver to assist with garbage pick-up at a client location. You will be responsible for safely operating a company pick-up truck to collect and dispose of trash at a client location. To work well in this role, you will need to be flexible and motivated.

This position is based in a manufacturing facility.

Waste Driver Responsibilities:

• Operate a company pick-up truck along designated pickup points on the client property.
• Collect bagged trash and cardboard.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Maintain professional communication with staff members and the client.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

Waste Driver Requirements:

• A valid unexpired Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Able to work independently or with a team.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify
