About the Role

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, self-motivated individuals to join our Operations team as janitors. As a key representative of our company, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and leaving a positive impression on clients' employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing various clients throughout the island, including office suites, professional buildings, education facilities, financial institutions, etc.
• Maintaining cleanliness of office spaces, restrooms, and common areas.
• Understanding and effectively using appropriate cleaning products and methods.
• Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients and coworkers.

Requirements

• Janitorial or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow specific directions.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
