Project Team - PM Shift , Full-Time

Total Facility Care (TFC) is a growing commercial cleaning and building maintenance company and we are looking for Project Team members to join our work family. We are currently hiring candidates for Project Team positions.

Project Team Position Details

• $18.50 hour to start with increases as your knowledge grows
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week
• Varying schedule, usually between 5:30pm-2:00am Monday-Friday
• Reports to Loveland main office daily to pick up company vehicle and equipment/supplies, then report to projects assigned for the day
• Works in a team of 2-4 individuals

What Project Team Members Do

• Efficiently working throughout the entire work shift to doing a variety of floor/project work (stripping/buffing/waxing/carpet cleaning) throughout Loveland, Fort Collins, Greeley, and Windsor
• Maximizing the quality of service delivered to our customers and presenting a good company image
• Utilizing supplies and equipment to clean windows, strip/buff/wax floors, clean carpets, construction clean ups, and other projects
• Minimizing accidents with people and property
• Continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service.
  
  

Project Team Requirements

• Must have a reliable means for transportation and a valid driver's license, as you may be driving a company vehicle. (If you do not have a driver's license, you will just ride along with the team instead of driving a company vehicle)
• Must be willing to consent to/pass a drug and background screen to include marijuana
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand while moving around for 7-10 hours at a time
• Desire to be a part of something larger than yourself
• Strong work ethic and desire for long-term employment
• Carpet cleaning experience, stripping/buffing/waxing experience preferred but not required, we will train the right candidate
• Commercial Cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Works hard but also like to have FUN while getting things done!
