The Role: Financial Representative
As a Financial Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals and businesses create a roadmap to financial success. You’ll build long-term client relationships, provide strategic financial planning, and develop tailored insurance solutions to protect and grow their wealth.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and aspirations
✅ Develop personalized financial plans including investments, insurance, and retirement
✅ Implement insurance strategies to safeguard assets and income
✅ Provide ongoing financial guidance, adjusting plans as needed
✅ Grow your network through referrals, community involvement, and professional connections
What We Look for in Candidates
✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
✅ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client trust
✅ Previous experience in finance, business, or sales is a plus (but not required)
✅ Ability to obtain necessary licenses (Series 6, 63, state insurance licenses – sponsorship provided)
✅ Motivated self-starter who thrives in a goal-oriented environment
