Job Description
Our guests are always at home hereat the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess- and their In Room Dining experience is no exception. As an Overnight In Room Dining Order Taker you will provide a warm service, efficiency and knowledge of our menu offerings, you will ensure the timeliness and enjoyment of every memorable meal.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Maintainproper telephone etiquette at all times
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists
- Record guest orders accurately and efficiently while honoring all special requests
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Serve as an In Room Dining Server as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous Food & Beverage service experience required
- Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Able to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends & holidays
- Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
