Job Description
You are an ambassador for the exceptional service that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. The lobby bar is sophisticated and stylish and Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.A Server provides friendly, cheerful, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests.
What you will be doing :
- Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
- Exhibit sincere hospitality. Go beyond for the guest. Be obsessed with guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Understand shift-end reports in the outlet and the Point of Sale System
- Understand all reservation systems and iPad systems for seating charts
- Know all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items, and preparation methods
- Follow brand policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Follow hotel time and attendance policy
- Follow grooming and attire guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation : $13.36 per hour, tip eligible position
