Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
- Handle carpet cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks performed.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within designated time frames.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning practices and commercial cleaning standards is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment usage is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
