We're seeking a Property Condition Assessment Professional (Project Manager) to expand our services nationally. This role involves preparing Property Condition Assessments, Cost Estimating for Long Term Plans, and/or Capital Reserve Studies for the multi-family residential industryResponsibilities and Duties:
- Perform field measurements, conduct on-site inspections, and document existing conditions.
- Prepare cost estimates, life cycle analyses, and capital replacement reserve funding analyses.
- Conduct inspections to document community infrastructure and common element component conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, or relevant work experience.
- Three to five years' experience in residential multi-family construction, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- OSHA 10 hour certification preferred; Certified as a Reserve Specialist (CAI RS) or Professional Reserve Analyst (APRA PRA) preferred.
