Responsibilities
- Provide project support from evaluation and design conception through construction.
- Conduct field evaluations, document existing conditions, and create photo records.
- Assist with preparation of design drawings/specifications and bid documents.
- Communicate project status and proactively address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or relevant work experience.
- A minimum of five years of experience in an architectural/engineering consulting firm or construction industry.
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
