We’re looking for a passionate and skilled barista to join our team! Our café offers a delicious selection of espresso-based drinks, teas, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, and smoothie bowls.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks based on customer preferences.
- Create smoothies and smoothie bowls, including fresh fruit preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace.
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
- Build relationships with customers by remembering their names and favorite orders.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Complete all required tasks before the end of each shift.
- Communicate respectfully and positively with team members.
- When not assisting customers, proactively clean, organize, and complete additional tasks.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements needed:
- Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Food Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cleanliness and Organization
- Dedication to high quality service
- Maintain a professional appearance and appropriate attire
- Enthusiastic approach to customer service
