The Family Counseling Center of Fulton County, Inc. is dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral health services. We are looking for a Clinic Supervisor to lead and mentor our clinical team, oversee our internship program, and ensure the delivery of evidence-based care for our clients. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing learning environment while supporting the continuous development of staff and ensuring comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
Internship Program Leadership:
- Lead and manage the clinic’s internship program, providing mentorship and educational resources to interns and new therapists.
- Develop training materials and offer ongoing learning opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
Supervision & Staff Mentorship:
- Provide clinical supervision and professional development support to therapists.
- Foster a supportive and educational environment, offering feedback to improve clinical practices.
- Conduct team meetings to review case progress and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
Clinical Oversight & Program Management:
- Provide direct clinical services and assessments as needed, using evidence-based practices for mental health and substance use disorders.
- Develop and implement behavioral health and substance use programs aligned with best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic operations and client outcomes.
Administrative Duties & Program Development:
- Assist in recruiting and training new clinical staff.
- Prepare and present reports on clinic performance and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to expand service offerings.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or eligible for LCSW.
- SIFI certification required
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment.
- 1-2 years previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Expertise in evidence-based practices and Trauma-Informed Care principles.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to mentor and guide staff, interns, and clinicians.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- 8 hour shift
