Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain the safety and well-being of consumers by following all agency procedures regarding incident reporting and possible abuse.
Provide physical care for clients and individuals, which may include bathing, feeding, changing clothes or diapers, and pushing wheelchairs.
Administer medications, promote opportunities for choice, participate in recreation activities, and help develop independent living skills.
Respect the rights of consumers and teach them to speak up for themselves.
