Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage their seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times to guests accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in managing reservations and ensuring smooth transitions between tables.
- Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Foster positive guest relations by creating a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality.
- Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally, including taking reservations and take-out orders over the phone.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
