The Faricy Boys Salida is currently looking for a qualified automotive Service Advisor to help serve our customers.   • Compensation

Depending on experience between $65,000 -$85,000 per year

  • Responsibilities :
  • Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
  • Communicate service recommendations to customers based on technician assessments
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
  • Educate customers on maintenance services and upsell additional services as needed
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns promptly
  • Skills :
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related automotive role is required
  • Knowledge of automotive repair services including oil changes, brake repairs, shocks, and struts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in upselling services to meet customer needs
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and sales processes
