What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pet Products Sales Associate position at The Farm at Natchez Trace?
The Farm at Natchez Trace is a locally owned luxury pet resort for dogs and cats, located in Franklin, TN on Hwy 96 near Bellevue and Fairview. We're looking to hire a Pet Products Sales Associate for our THR!VE Healthy Pet Market. The position is Full-time (40 hours/week) Wednesday thru Sunday (Monday & Tuesday off each week). The hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Availability during holidays/high demand periods is required.

Qualifications:
- Retail or other customer service experience
- Clean driving record required as position involves delivering orders to clients (approximately 5-8 hours per week). Company vehicle is provided for deliveries.
- A strong belief in the importance and benefits of good pet nutrition
- Embrace a “Gold Standard” approach to exceptional customer service with the desire and ability to listen, communicate, and educate customers on the best dietary choices for their pets
- Excellent organization skills; results oriented
- Excellent communicator
- Self Confidence, self-starter, and able to work with little supervision
- Physical ability to bend, squat, lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Desire and ability to positively and safely interact with dogs and cats of varying breeds
Duties:
- Educating customers: Sharing product knowledge and advising customers on pet nutrition and health
- Selling products: Selling pet food and other products to customers
- Providing customer service: Greeting customers, maintaining a friendly environment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Stocking and merchandising: Stocking shelves, replenishing merchandise, and preparing displays
- Maintaining the store: Cleaning and tidying the store, and ensuring the store is safe and clean
- Providing Delivery Services: Delivering client orders in a safe, timely fashion (approximately 5-8 hours per week)
- Assisting with other tasks: Helping with markdowns, labeling products, and special store events
- Utilizing POS system and Inventory tracking systems
